Instructions to Install Condo Manager Live

Step 1 – Update your Windows Version

Step 2 – Download and run the main setup

  1. Click on “Download the Condo Manager Live Setup Now for Server 1” link or  “Download the Condo Manager Live Setup Now for Server 2”  (your Condo Manager representative will tell you which one you should use)
  2. The File Download window will pop up. Click on Save to continue
  3. The Save As window prompts you to save the downloaded file somewhere on your computer
  4. When the download process is complete, click the Run button to start the installation program.

Step 3 – Download and run Uniprint setup

Uniprint is an application that simplify printing from Condo Manager Live.

  1. Click on “Download the Uniprint Setup Now” link
  2. The File Download window will pop up. Click on Save to continue
  3. The Save As window prompts you to save the downloaded file somewhere on your computer
  4. When the download process is complete, click the Run button to start the installation program.

Step 4 – Connect to Condo Manager Live

  1. Find the Condo Manager Live icon on your desktop and double-click it.
  2. A “RemoteApp” window will pop up and ask for your user name and password.
    • Your user name and password have been given to you by a Condo Manager representative, but if you didn’t receive them, please contact the support team.
    • Type in your User Name like this: CMLIVEMyUserName (where MyUserName is the user name that has been given to you)
    • Type in your password
    • Click the Ok button
    • A security warning will pop-up. Please click Ok
    • You should then be connected to Condo Manager Live.
